Customers of Chemcut have a wide range of choices for circuit board cleaning and metal cleaning. Chemical cleaning systems can be ordered in all product platforms. Common one stage, two stage and three stage chemical cleaning systems can be configured with a wide variety of rinsing and drying choices. Options are available for chemistry control, material transport and control logic. Custom configurations and options can also be provided to adapt the circuit board or metal cleaning system to special customer requirements and special chemical solutions. Brush cleaning machines include Chemcut’s family of rotary brush scrubbers, deburring machines and the 936 water conservation filter. Scrubbers have been part of Chemcut’s product line since the late 1960’s. The current models 121 and 219 were developed from Chemcut’s experience building more than 1500 scrubbing machines. For deburring applications, Chemcut offers customers the choice of the popular two brush model 604 or the four brush model 605. All brushing and deburring machines can be combined with the 936 web filtering system. The 936 filters the brushing machines discharge water through a non-woven media and then recirculates the clean water back to the brushing unit.
