2330 Acid Etching System
Chemcut 2330 acid etching system with two stage water rinse and integrated regeneration. The 2330 is a compact, all-in-one unit with a 30 inch wide conveyor. This machine is ideal for photo chemically etching metals such as stainless steel and copper alloys as well as circuit boards. The integrated regeneration system is designed for use with sodium chlorate and hydrochloric acid. Process monitors and controls include, conveyor speed, ORP, Baume' control and etching temperature.
