TriChem has been representing Chemcut equipment in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky since 2004.

Owner Terry Barringer is well versed in the industry and has proven exceptional support of Chemcut equipment as well as all of the many offerings provided by TriChem Technologies.

TriChem Technologies started in 1998 and has been building relationships with customers to effectively design, create, supply technology, services and support within the wet processing community.

Each project begins with an onsite visit to gain an understanding of the customer’s needs and requirements. With this Terry works closely with Chemcut to design and layout the most effective equipment for the required project.

Holaday Circuits Purchases New Chemcut CC 8000

Holaday Circuits, privately owned and located in Minnetonka Minnesota, has provided Printed Circuit Boards to the Aerospace, Military and Electronics Industries for over 40 years. Chemcut’s IPC APEX Booth to Feature Speedy Circuits Live Demo

Chemcut will be featuring a live demonstration of the latest equipment installed at PJC Technologies Inc. (DBA Speedy and Metro Circuits), printed circuit board manufacturers, both sites (Rochester, NY & Huntington Beach, CA) recently started up new Chemcut CC 8000 cupric chloride Develop-Etch-Strip systems in their facilities. Features and capabilities include:

  • Automatic Dosing and Regeneration: These features keep the Develop, Etch, and Strip chemistry in a steady state condition ensuring consistent results.
  • Multiple Zone Control: Processing a ½ oz. over a 1 oz. panel is as simple as downloading the proper recipe.
  • Recipe Driven Operation: This feature eliminates day to day, week to week, and month to month product variation due to improper machine set-up.   The automatic pressure control feature provided in the main processing stations, utilizes variable frequency drives to control the speed of the pump impellers to regulate spray pressure.
